Hi, I’m Nina Gjerdal — a certified sound healer and facilitator of retreats, workshops, and immersive experiences.

My work is rooted in a deep respect for sound as a powerful tool for balance, focus, and restoration. What began as a personal exploration has evolved into a professional practice where sound, presence, and nature-based approaches are used to support wellbeing, clarity, and connection — both individually and in groups.

Through vibrations and frequencies, sound healing offers a grounded and effective way to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore harmony on physical, mental, and energetic levels. For me, sound healing is not only about sound itself, but about creating space for stillness, awareness, and alignment in an often fast-paced world.

Over the past years, I have facilitated retreats, workshops, and gatherings in a variety of settings — from intimate circles to professional environments. I am passionate about holding safe, structured spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access greater presence and resilience.

I believe that when we create space to listen — inwardly and collectively — we strengthen our capacity to meet both work and life with clarity, balance, and intention.

My Journey

From society's expectations to my authentic self

My journey is about moving away from external expectations and toward a more authentic and whole way of living. For me, this began when certain questions could no longer be ignored – a desire for more meaning, balance, and joy in life.

An interest in holistic approaches and the deeper layers of what affects us has always been part of me. Today, practices such as sound healing, meditation, and nature’s medicine have become natural tools in my everyday life. Sound healing in particular has proven to be a powerful method for releasing tension and supporting the body’s and mind’s ability to return to balance, through vibrations and frequencies.

This path is not about becoming something else, but about coming closer to who I am – and finding a more harmonious place in life and in the world around me.
